The Express Upgrade Catch-Up Workshop (v.2025) is a specially designed 5-hour intensive session for participants who completed NWL programs before the 2025 curriculum update. This workshop allows you to align smoothly with the latest v.2025 teachings without the need to repeat all the full workshop series. It is designed to support an easy, enjoyable transition while honoring your previous learning and spiritual experience.

In this Express Upgrade workshop, participants will receive a compact yet structured update covering Reiki Tummo® Levels 1–3A (v.2025), Opening the Heart Levels 1–4 (v.2025), and the newly updated Inner Heart material. The workshop emphasizes integration of the refined principles, practices, and understanding introduced in the v.2025 curriculum, helping participants establish a clear and aligned foundation for the updated and deeper spiritual practice.

Completion of the Express Upgrade Catch-Up Workshop fulfills the curriculum alignment requirement to participate in the Spiritual Retreat v.2025, for participants whose highest completed level is RT3A and Kundalini + Meditation, or MH6 / RPA6 / Inner Heart from previous versions. This workshop offers a practical, efficient, and wonderful pathway to continue your spiritual journey in alignment with the latest NWL curriculum.

This Express Catch-up Workshop is specifically for participants who would like to attend the upcoming ‘Humbleness Workshops’ but who have not joined the Upgraded RT 2025 / OH 2025 Workshops. Other alumni are also welcome to join the Catch-up Workshop.
