The Open Heart Meditation® workshops have been taught for over 25 years around the world, and true to GM Irmansyah Effendi’s philosophy to share the latest advancements in the spiritual frontier, all workshops are continuously upgraded to ensure that participants can continue to receive the summary of the best lessons. By meticulously studying current participants’ weaknesses, he has revamped the most fundamental heart attitude to ensure that everyone’s threshold can be more robust to support deeper and more advanced practices. These upgraded Open Heart Meditation® workshops are beneficial not only for complete beginners but also for those who have been practicing meditation for decades.

Open Heart Meditation® Level 1 UPGRADED 2025

The Level 1 Open Heart Meditation® workshop is an introductory level program to help you connect to your Spiritual Heart and begin to feel True Source blessings within your Spiritual Heart. The workshop is experiential in nature and will guide you to understand and differentiate how the brain works compared to the Heart.

You will also be guided on how to reduce the domination of your brain by strengthening your Heart, enabling you to feel peace, calmness, joy, and gratitude in everyday life.

The Level 2 Open Heart Meditation® workshop is designed to further help you let go of problems, burdens, and negative emotions. Deepening your experience from Level 1, you will begin accessing your Heart for guidance.

Prerequisite for Open Heart Meditation® Level 1 & 2

• Open Heart Meditation® Level 1 Upgraded 2025: None / open for the general public
• Open Heart Meditation® Level 2 Upgraded 2025: Have attended Open Heart Meditation® Level 1 Upgraded 2025

It is advised to attend both levels. However, you may choose to attend only level 1.

• These workshops will take place online via Zoom and are conducted in Bahasa Indonesia (English and Spanish translations will be provided).

Late Fees

• Participants who register and/or complete the payment after 13 January 2024, 3 PM Jakarta time (if there is still available space), are subject to a surcharge of USD 25 or equivalent in your currency/person.
• Participants who register and/or complete the payment after 16 January 2025 (if there is still available space), are subject to late charges of 100% workshop fee. Registration & payment will not be accepted within 12  hours before the first workshop starts.

Technical Requirements

This online workshop will be conducted via Zoom. Every participant is advised to:

• Download and install the Zoom app.
• Have access to a computer and an adequate internet connection to use Zoom.
• Ensure that the computer mic, speaker, and camera function properly.
• The room must be adequately quiet because there will be partner/group practices, so no noise shall be present that may disturb others.
• You have a private room where nobody can enter or leave your room during the duration of the online workshop.
• Make time away from daily busyness, and ensure to assign your duties/responsibilities to another person so you are free during the workshop.
• Please prepare snacks and meals beforehand so you are not busy with meal preparation, etc, during the workshop.
• Before and after the workshop, you may continue to do housework and interact with your family, etc., as long as it does not make you busy/stressed out.

Notes

• In the case that there is power failure/internet problems, this is the participant’s responsibility and no refunds will be made.
• Due to any reason, if a new participant attends less than 2/3 of the workshop, he/she will not receive a certificate nor recordings from the workshop. Attendance in said workshop cannot be counted as a prerequisite for other workshops. However, he/she may repeat the workshop with a repeater fee.
• Due to any reason, if a repeating participant attends less than 2/3 of the workshop, he/she will receive recordings from the workshop. However, attendance in said workshop cannot be counted as a prerequisite for other workshops.
