Description

Secrets of Natural Walking® (SONW) Level 2 is an interactive two-day online workshop that will reveal deeper secrets of SONW to achieve more optimal results for your physical body, thoughts, emotions, heart, and spiritual growth.

Prerequisite

1. Have attended SONW – Level 1 twice
2. AND have attended:
   • Open Heart® Workshop Level 2
   • OR Spiritual Retreat
3. AND have attended:
   • Intensive Walking Workshop
   • OR SONW Center 3x/week for one month (log book to be submitted)
   • OR SONW Center 24 Sessions in the past year
   • OR Heart & Health Retreat (based on SONW, not the older ones before 2014)
4. AND have practiced at least 1 hour/day every day

A USD 20 late fee will be added for all registrations/payments received two days before the workshops

Technical Requirements

This online workshop will be conducted via Zoom. Every participant is advised to:

• Download and install the Zoom app
• Have access to a computer and an adequate internet connection to use Zoom
• Ensure that the computer mic and camera function properly
• Be in a private and quiet room when attending the workshop
• Ensure that their attention is not divided during the workshop

Participants are responsible for ensuring their internet connection, electricity, and equipment work properly during the workshop. In case of a power outage, poor internet connection, or equipment failure, no refunds will be issued.
