1. Advise on regulation of corporations and legal bodies in given jurisdiction (AU, ID, or US)
2. Perform legal research and provide advice on a range of topics as needs emerge
3. Draft legal documents and correspondence as required

1. Generalist/broad exposure to corporate/commercial law in given jurisdiction (AU, ID or US)
2. Problem solving and solution-oriented thinking
