Key Responsibilities:
1. Actively manage NWL social media assets: Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and LinkedIn for assigned region
2. Interact with audience and answer their questions positively to provide great customer experience
3. Develop and execute posts, videos, blog posts to increase traffic, engagement and promote global workshops
4. Curate information from regional social media pages to be featured in the global social media asset
5. Execute social media ad strategies when needed
6. Monitor social media performances and develop monthly reports
7. Create reports on growing cultural, community, media and market trends for assigned region
Key Requirements:
1. Passion in social media and content marketing
2. Understanding about social media and content trends
3. Understanding about social media platforms, its features and policies
4. Strong copywriting skills
5. Strong organizational and project management skills
6. Proficient in English (plus Indonesian for Indo role)
7. Graphic design skill is required
